Marina – Bodega Otto Bestue

Libero – Bodegas Contreras Ruiz
Price range: 19,20 € through 115,20 € VAT includedThe first press fraction of zalema is aged in casks where oxidative aging of the aromatic variety has taken place. In the case of the listán, it is aged in 400L French oak barrels where it develops its aging under a flor yeast film. After aging is complete, we blend and bottle. Medium-high intensity. Ripe, baked white fruit (Golden Delicious apple). With aeration, notes of dried stone fruit (apricot) also appear, along with milky hints of dulce de leche and a low-mountain bouquet of balsamic herbs like chamomile. A velvety and balanced mouthfeel. A long finish with a fresh touch from the acidity. The fruit weight returns, along with candied citrus peel and a smoky finish. Las Envidias – Barco del Corneta
Price range: 36,50 € through 219,00 € VAT includedThe name refers to the town of Alcazarén, where the vines of this wine are grown. After more than a year of work restoring the vineyards, Bea and Felix realized that what had been presented to them as “Verdejo Mayor” was actually Palomino or Jerez. As this grape is not very expressive on the nose, they decided to go south and favor an aging in “velo de flor”. Like all their wines, alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously in 300-liter barrels and in a sherry cask, where the wine matures organically for 12 months.

Missenyora – Celler l’Olivera
Price range: 18,70 € through 112,20 € VAT includedMissenyora is the name formerly given to the abbesses of the monastery of Vallbona. Certified organic viticulture without irrigation. Manual harvest and pressing with whole grapes and skins. The wine ferments at controlled temperature (15-17°C) in American (80%) and French (20%) oak barrels, with the percentage of new wood never exceeding 15% to preserve the varietal character of the Macabeu grape. It is aged on its own lees and stirred every week to improve its mouthfeel. Before bottling, depending on taste, we add a quantity of concentrated grape must that gives the wine its semi-dry character, making it exuberant and original.

Blanc de Marges – L’Olivera Winery

The grapes are harvested on foot in the vineyard, where spontaneous fermentation begins with wild yeasts from the vineyard. Fermentation is completed in the winery in a stainless steel tank without temperature control and without additives to obtain a wine with minimal intervention. Fermentation is completed as soon as all the sugar has been consumed and the wine is then bottled. The wine has a straw yellow color. Blanc de Closos – Costers del Priorat

Xarello – Loxarel
Price range: 15,80 € through 94,80 € VAT includedNatural wine without added sulfites. Organic and biodynamic viticulture. Fermentation in clay amphorae of 1,000 liters. Five months of maturation in the same amphorae. Wild yeasts from the vineyard itself. The amphora is a noble and porous container that allows the wine to breathe and keeps it at a cool and constant temperature thanks to the jug effect or transpiration. It preserves the primary aromas of the xarel-lo and the work of the vine.

Marger Vi de Guarda – Sumarroca
Price range: 17,50 € through 105,00 € VAT includedAfter selection in the vineyard, the grapes are gently crushed to extract only the free-flowing, unpressed juice. In the cellar, the two grape varieties are vinified separately to preserve their individuality. Fermentation and ageing take place for five months in French oak barrels. Gratallops – Domaine Cal Batllet

Light and bright yellow color with greenish reflections. 50 Lliures – Torelló

During its production, this wine goes through five different containers before bottling: amphorae, Damigiana, cement eggs, stainless steel vats and oak and acacia barrels. This gives it a whole series of aromatic and gustatory nuances that make it very special and predestine it for bottle aging. It is a limpid, bright yellow wine with hints of new gold and green reflections. The nose is intense and complex. It reveals notes of ripe stone fruit and floral aromas such as fennel and chamomile, typical of this grape variety. The passage of the wine through different containers with different textures also contributes earthy, toasted and vanilla notes. Marfil – Celler Marfil

Elisenda Brut Nature Reserva – Loxarel

Clon 98 – Casa Rojo
Price range: 17,50 € through 105,00 € VAT included100% fine red wine from the region of Castrillo de la Vega, located at an average altitude of 800 meters in the province of Burgos. The grapes come from old vines between 26 and 50 years old, all owned by local winegrowers. The 2021 vintage was excellent in Ribera del Duero. A mild and rainy winter turned into a moderate spring, which resulted in very rapid vegetation growth. Finally, the hot, dry summer delayed the ripening of the grapes, except in the oldest vineyards with deep root systems. 8 months of ripening.

Grillo – El Grillo y la Luna

During fermentation, the skins are pressed by hand to favor a gentle extraction of tannins. Once fermentation is complete, the wine remains in contact with the pomace cap for a further 30 days to obtain roundness and softness from the yeast, skins and barrel wood. Malolactic fermentation takes place in 225-liter French oak barrels. During the first five months, each barrel is rotated twice a week to stir the lees and achieve a smooth, full-bodied palate. From May onwards, the wine is left to settle so that the yeasts settle to the bottom by gravity and are separated by racking. The wine then rests for a further 8 months in barrels at a temperature of 16°C before bottling.

Clarella Pinot Noir – Mas Clarella

The must is then fermented in stainless steel vats where the skins macerate with it. Fermentation with the skins lasts between sixteen and eighteen days at a controlled temperature of 26°C (79°F). Once fermentation and maceration with the skins is complete, the vat is transferred to old French oak barrels, where it remains throughout the winter and spring before being bottled and aged in the cellar for twelve months at a constant temperature in the dark.
