Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a gentle ageing on the lees for 1 month in stainless steel tanks. Straw yellow in colour with whitish notes. 
High aromatic intensity; on the nose, Lichi aromas stand out against a pronounced floral profile (white flowers, roses). Fresh and vibrant on the palate, characterised by its persistent aromatic intensity despite its easy-drinking nature. A long finish with notes of the variety. -
Marger Vi de Guarda – Sumarroca

The options may be chosen on the product pageAfter selection in the vineyard, the grapes are gently crushed to extract only the free-flowing, unpressed juice. In the cellar, the two grape varieties are vinified separately to preserve their individuality. Fermentation and ageing take place for five months in French oak barrels. Once fermentation is complete, batonnage is carried out for two months, three times a week at first and once a week for the second month.
