Organic viticulture. 100% Escany-Vella, a historic grape variety cultivated for centuries in the Priorat region. Light and bright yellow color with greenish reflections. Very characteristic wine with great personality and aromatic intensity, white flowers, ripe fruit with citrus and herbaceous touches, minerality. Ample in the mouth, with citric acidity and a very long and fresh finish. The nose smells of fennel, anise, yellow plums and quince with a touch of stone and sweet spices. The palate is fresh and dry, very dry, sticking to the tongue, almost like licking a stone. Pleasant aftertaste with notes of white fruit and citrus.
