It comes from vineyards located next to the Duero River, which produce high quality grapes. They are located in the Valladolid municipalities of Olivares and Valbuena de Duero, one of the most ideal regions in Spain for growing and producing grapes. The finished wine is aged in selected French and American oak barrels, fine-grained and lightly toasted, to maximize the expression of the fruit. Once matured, this Matarromera wine is bottled, where it completes its maturation process until it is ready to be enjoyed. Aged for 12 months.
