Old Garnacha vines on northern slopes at an altitude of over 800 meters above sea level. Harvested by hand. Precambrian, quartzite and schist soils. Fermentation in concrete vats with manual punching down. Aged for 14 months in 30-hl eggs and Austrian oak vats. 50% of the stems were used in fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
