Ample in the mouth, with citric acidity and a very long and fresh finish. The nose smells of fennel, anise, yellow plums and quince with a touch of stone and sweet spices. The palate is fresh and dry, very dry, sticking to the tongue, almost like licking a stone. Pleasant aftertaste with notes of white fruit and citrus.
