In the winery, we work with a minimum of intervention and minimum and responsible doses of sulfur dioxide to guarantee the good development of the wine and the food safety of the consumers. Bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Open bouquet, spicy and aromatic with wild herbs, almonds, nuts, citrus and white fruits. The palate is medium-bodied, slightly sweet, with green apple, pear and candied citrus, fresh structure, balanced acidity and a fairly long finish.

Blanc de Closos – Costers del Priorat
Price range: 29,95 € through 179,70 € VAT includedGrapes from old vines. The aromas express the fresh and lemony personality of the Priorat Garnacha Blanca. There are notes of fruit skin and aromatic herbs, as well as a touch of stone fruit such as peach. The palate is sharp and lively, with a marked minerality. At the same time, it is persistent and full-bodied. The maceration of the must with the skins gives it structure. We like to say that it represents the Priorat: a blend of nature and tradition.

Blanc de Marges – L’Olivera Winery
Price range: 17,90 € through 107,40 € VAT includedOrganic viticulture without irrigation. Manual harvest in boxes and grape selection in the vineyard. The grapes are harvested on foot in the vineyard, where spontaneous fermentation begins with wild yeasts from the vineyard. Fermentation is completed in the winery in a stainless steel tank without temperature control and without additives to obtain a wine with minimal intervention. Fermentation is completed as soon as all the sugar has been consumed and the wine is then bottled. The wine has a straw yellow color. The nose is intense, with sweet aromas, notes of apricot and white peach and a salty touch of fennel. The palate is round and full-bodied, balanced and clear. It is characterized by its richness and a balsamic note.
