The grapes are harvested by hand in small 10 kg boxes and come exclusively from our own vineyards. Part of the harvest is composed of grapes affected by noble rot. The wine is vinified in small barrels of 25 hl and 50 hl at low temperature. Intense white wine on the nose, with notes of dried apricots and delicate geranium flowers. Balanced acidity on the palate with notes of apricot. The finish is persistent and intense.
