The grapes come from our own vineyards, which we cultivate organically (without herbicides, insecticides or inorganic fertilizers). In the winery, we work with a minimum of intervention and minimum and responsible doses of sulfur dioxide to guarantee the good development of the wine and the food safety of the consumers. Bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Open bouquet, spicy and aromatic with wild herbs, almonds, nuts, citrus and white fruits. The palate is medium-bodied, slightly sweet, with green apple, pear and candied citrus, fresh structure, balanced acidity and a fairly long finish.

The options may be chosen on the product pageOrganic and natural white wine made from Pansa Rosada and Pansa Blanca grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand in an exceptionally healthy state. After gentle pressing to obtain the must, spontaneous fermentation takes place in clay amphorae with the skins. Maceration with the skins is extended for two months to reinforce the tannic structure of the wine and its terroir character. The shape of the amphora allows the yeasts to move freely, so the wine is stirred naturally. No sulfites or other products are added throughout the winemaking process.
