Harvested by hand in 10 kg boxes exclusively from grapes grown in our own vineyards located at the head of the sierra at an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level. The wine was fermented in stainless steel vats and 12th century stone barrels. 100% of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels for 13 months.
