Whole grapes harvested by hand and delicately pressed. Aged for more than 60 months on lees with cork stoppers. Manual disgorging without dosage or addition of liquor. On the nose: its complexity and aromatic frankness stand out. Primary aromas of wild berries and tertiary notes of toasted bread and roasted hazelnuts.
